Johan Great progressive death metal! Reminds me a bit of Deliverance-era Opeth, without most of the slow bits. Favorite track: Reincarnate.

grindcorethor Usually I'm not a fan of melodic/progressive death metal; there's often not enough bite for it to appeal to me. Solemn Vision on the other hand have had my attention for a while now. They have the perfect amount of aggression and abrasion balanced out with beautiful melody, catchy riffs, and seamless transitions in each track. Fans of both melodic metal and more extreme sub-genres should be able to enjoy this album equally. Favorite track: Perish.
